    The Treo doesn't support shortcuts! But with third party add ins, you can get pretty close. zlauncher provides what is called Quicklaunch. You can add any program/file you wish to the quicklaunch section. An icon resides at the bottom of your screen. Pushing this icon opens a small window with all your "favorites" in it. Its not a full blown shortcut, but this is about the closest to a shortcut I have found for the Treo.
