Sms software for delivery receipt

Hi, I wonder if there is any freeware sms software for my 650 which give me a delivery receipt. This is because when I send my sms, I won't be able to know if that sms is being delivered or not.

I don't believe there is any software out there to do that. I would think that the persons equiptment you are SMS would have to be able to respond to the text like your computer does.

Last time, when I use only Nokia handphone, there is a feature there to let me know if my sms is being delivered from the server. But, how come, this more expensive Treo 650 doesn't have this feature? This is useful because if not, I won't be able to know if my sms is delivered from the server.

Not sure what you mean or really now what you are asking. Your treo will notify you when you have received a message. I have never heard of a service that will notify the sender of a received message.

I would contact your carrier if that is available (since you had it before) and then check with the palm site.
