Soft Reset?

For some reason now, when I do a sync, instead of going to the log screen, the treo does a soft reset. The only think I attempted to do prior to this is download my user manual to adobe or one of those. I also downloaded a game that came with the disc. The manual did not load, and I have deleted the game thinking this may be the problem. The thing still does a soft rest after you sync. Any suggestions, and does this hurt anything?

OK, I think I figured out the problem. It appeared to be a problem with Documents to Go. When I attempted to open a document the treo would soft reset, and not open. I deleted & reinstalled Documents to Go, and now everything appears to be back to normal.

Hi SRO:

Note that there is a known issue with Documents To Go bundled with the Treo 650. Visit the DataViz site and follow the instructions for your device and version. This link may help:

The Tech Tool they provide is quite helpful and the fix works well.

That sounds just like what my prob was.

It even strikes on the 700p, but not as often. I have had to uninstall/reinstall twice and I use DTG at least once a day.
