    System Tools or Repair software?

    I bought a 650 on ebay and it came without an installation disk, can I download it somewhere for free or do I need to buy one?

    Besure the phone is for the carrier you want to use. if it is a gsm phone it will need to be unlocked to use with a different carrier.
