 |  Software Issues OK i posted before that i was having issues with Ringo.... which i am still having...... but.. now my IM+ isnt working... it worked perfectly and then yesterday i tried to sign on and everytime i do i get "Authorization error: login not allowed for user 49a614ce5d46_27792c57da53" so anyone know whats going on??  i love my treo but everything keeps going wrong... any help would be great thanksChole |

| Your IM+ application does not connect directly with your IM provider - it uses a "go-between" server - that system may have been down. Ben

   | I have seen a similar error with IM+ Soft reset and try it again, and I am betting it will sync up. Its probably happened to me twice in 6-7 months. I don't use it often or it might have happened more. Also, I have to shut down my Chatteremail IMAP accounts before launching IM+, or I have problems . . .
