Sound Problem Please help
Hello, I just bought a new unlocked treo 650 off ebay (it is a cingular brand) but I'm using with T-Mobile, when i use it with my bluetooth headset it works fine, but when I try to talk on the phone using the treo it self or the speakerphone people do not hear anything at all.
Is this device defective or I'm missing something?
Please help
Thank you

Sounds like it may be defective. One thing you can try is to make sure your bluetooth is disabled when using the treo as a phone or speakerphone. I have no idea if this will work. It is just an idea.

Thank you, but i have already tried that but did not work

hmmm...thats an interesting one...have you applied the cingular updates (if any exist)? If you are able to figure this out, hopefully you will keep us posted.

I will, by the way how you get the warranty on that thing, from palm? or cingular? I'm not a cingular customer. I use my tmobile sim card !!!! does any one know? I think I'm screwed with that piece of junk
Thanks

Are you sure you have a new treo or one new to you. I think I read here where someone complained of the headset jack quit working and caused the treo mic to stop also. Maybe it was the speaker
. In any case send her back and get a replacement if you can.
