Sprint says Jabra BT500 NOT compatible

I took my Treo 650 to a Sprint Store in South Carolina while traveling for work and they sold me a Jabra BT500. It works but is very Scratchy when the phone is any distance away.

I called tech support asked for help. They told me the Jabra BT500 was not on the "Approved List" for the 650.

They stated that installing the Updater 1.13 MIGHT help.

Now that I'm back home in Dallas, does the local Sprint store have a way of pulling up the sales reciept for a purcahse in S.C.?
