    Default Stand by mode my Treo 650 turns off

    Hi, I am haivng a big problem with my Treo 650 once the phone goes to stand by mode after 10 minutes none of the keys works look alike the phone turned off itself, so a have to remove the battery to tun back on!
    I did the hard reset and download a new software but nothing works!!
    Can anyone help me with this problem?

    Do the hard reset and do NOT install anything on the treo. See if your problem is gone. If it is you can install your software one app at a time to see which one is causing the problem.

    Thank you for the advise but a try that too and didn't work ,we have like 20 phones with the same problem!

    Holding the redbutton does not bring your screen back...and you have twenty phones with this problem I would contact your cellualar provider for them to check out the phones or contact palm at their site. www.palm.com

    I will send a e-mail for Palm and see what they have to tell me!
