Strage Delay when turing the 650 on....

I've had my 650 for a couple of months and I want to start by stating that I have found this site and these forums to be a huge assistance, so thank you all.

Just in the last 2-3 days, I've noticed that my Treo pauses 2-3 seconds before the screen actually turns on after I hit the red power button. In the past, it was instantaneous when I hit the button, but now there is this weird pause. When I turn the unit off, it's still instantaneous for the screen to go blank, so it's only when I power on.

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks,

I have this same issue. Sometimes i can't even turn it on and have to do a hard reboot. As far as the second delay, I just figured that's how the Treo worked.

You have to hold your REd or green for a couple of secs sometimes. I had slow loading and I had used alot of my ttreo memory so I moved the stuff to my card and did a soft reset. It got quicker for me. Not sure if it was the soft reset or moving the files.

It is definitely slower when you use the keygaurd function.
