Synch problem with Outlook

I've just hopped across to the treo from an IPAQ and S-Ericsson combo. So far, so good, but.....

I can't sych with Outlook on my desktop PC. Everything appears to go okay, then this message appears:

"OK Quick Install
OK VersaMail
OK Media
Outlook Calendar
OLERR:03-0010
OLERR:0D-000E
OLERR:0D-0004
OLERR:0D-0001
- Recovery Sync
Outlook Calendar synchronization failed"
Any clues or advice??

These error messages look awful familiar. I had to completely uninstall the sync application, run a regedit utility and then reinstall the sync application. Once I did this, the sync application ran fine. Took me about three weeks to figure this one out, and I can't remember where I found the regedit utility - might have been one the PalmOne site. Let me know if you need more help with this - it was kinda frustrating.

This is Kevin from palmOne. This kind of error usually indicates that the Palm Outlook Conduits are having trouble synchronizing your information. When the conduits encounter a corrupted or incompatible item, they will immediately stop the entire synchronization process. There are some possible solutions outlined in the palmOne Knowledge Library article "OLERR: (number)' errors in HotSync Log" which you can find here.
