Syncing Treo 650 with Entourage...

I am about to lose my mind. I was able to sync my Treo 650 with Entourage (on my MacBook Pro) until I installed an update to my Treo. After that, I was able to the initial sync, but not since then. I have tried EVERYTHING!!! I've tried with the cable, with Bluetooth, going back to Palm Desktop, using iSync to sync w/ iCal & the Mac address book. NOTHING WORKS. EVER. Sorry to yell, but I am so frustrated I am going to close this computer and walk away.

Can someone please tell me who I should contact to help me with this? Apple says it's not their issue. Sprint says it's not theirs. Should I be calling Palm or do I need to find an independent computer technician?

Any help that ANYONE here can give me will be greatly appreciated. My sanity (and I) thank you!

Which update do you feel is the culprit? Were you using Mark/Space's Missing Sync?

Is all of your data on your Mac, Treo, both?

Sometimes the best method is to start fresh. Uninstall the various applications. Do a clean install of the latest Palm Treo software from Palm. Do a hard reset of your Treo (assuming you have all of your data backed up on your Mac). Get the two communicating and then add the various conduits to add Entourage support.
