Default sytem memory or sd card?

Ok I just got my Treo 650 and have already installed a bunch of applications. It filled up the system memory way to fast so I have added a 1 gig card. I needed this anyway to put some mp3's and other large files onto. The question I have is how do I know what applications are "ok" to install on the sd card or what should be installed on the system memory. I was thinking snappermail, megalauncher, and agendus should go on the system memory. I was going to put most of the other applications on the sd card. Does this really matter? I will keep this same card in the Treo all the time unless I need to copy a video/mp3 to it. Any advice would be great!

Thanks,
Chad

That's a good question. I was wondering the same thing.

there are some apps that need to reside in the RAM. An example of this is Resco Backup. don't forget to read the app documentation since some apps don't work when installed on the memory card. also, you'd like to keeps essential apps on the system memory such as a text editor, pdf reader..etc...these apps don't take too much space. games definitely go to the card!...hope this helps!...

You pretty much have it right... think of it this way- any program that needs to be frequently accessed and running (launcher, mail, addressbook, etc) you should keep in RAM. Anything else can probably safely be kept on SD card.
