Target sign?

I put a program on my treo that let me view talk length after ending a call. Works fine, but on the phone screen next to cingular, for cingular costumors there is a target sign with a slash...anyone know what that means?

Sprint has a circle with cross hairs in the center of it. It is the gps tracker unit being on. (top of phone screen) Is that what you are talking about being a target?

I think that could be it. Its slashed out so i mean whatever it is, its not working, or using data or mintutes so im not worried about it. It not harming the treo in anyway

The slash through it means it isn't enabled. It wouldn't cost you minutes or data if it were enabled.
