It's an easter egg. It's been around on Palms in one form or another for a long time.

Ok, here's the scoop on activating the Taxi. Go to Preferences, Power, and draw a small clockwise circle with your stylus in the lower right-hand corner. If you do it correctly, an easter egg will appear. Once it's active, a Taxi will randomly cruise across the screen.

It might take a while. I think it was 4 or 5 days before I spotted it the first time. But I've seen in 3 times in the last couple of days.

I made a circle but the stylus did not leave a circle or activate a taxis??????

I can change the settings with my stylus just can't seem to draw a circle

Does sprint have this??

Very neat little (useless?) bit of info there Jeff! Yea, it took me about 5 trys to draw it to suit the Treo. I was trying to draw it too big! Now for the million $ question . . . How do I get rid of it when I no longer want to hail that Taxi??
