tools needed to rebuild treo

hello,

i bought my treo 650 off of ebay and it had a hair line crack on the housing near the top left of the screen. Today i now have a 1/8" of missing plastic there and it scratches your face if you talk long on the phone. I found new housings on ebay for $29. What tools to i need to remove the screws and so forth. I already own a anti-static wristband.

I have a Palm Treo 700wx pulled apart Totally! Everything is in pieces. Not Broken just in Pieces. I can pull it apart and put it back together. I was wondering if there is any way to clear the memory and esn # while it is apart. Is there anything I can do? A reset switch or anything? I'm technical but no computer guy. I hope someone can help. I would like to clear the memory and Format it. Is this possible at all. I hate to pay High tech companies to do what I feel everyone can Learn. Will someone help me?
