touch screen gone bad

My touch screen in versamail doesn't take me to the link that's in my e-mail. I usually double tap on it with the stylus and it kicks right over to my browser. I did a few soft resets to try and refresh the system, but nothing. The odd thing is my touch pad works fine with all other apps.

any suggestions?

Saved, I wouldn't think its your screen or your versamail . . . Are you sure it used to only take one tap?? I know that many times in Chatter for whatever reason, I have to tap on a hyperlink twice before it opens the web app . . .

yeah, i've tapped two, three and mabye even four times, but nothing. it's strange, because at one time it worked like a charm. now it only kinda high lights the link

I wondered that too, except he said it was working fine on all other apps . . .

I noted that also; however, I have one application that is picky about it - it is the only application I have to use the stylus for and since it is work related, I just put up with it. I completed a HanDBase applet yesterday that captures the same information and after doing a test today, it will probably be deleted.
