Transferring files from expansion card to desktop?

Hello,

I would like to transfer some .wav files from my Treo 650's expansion card to my desktop. However, I only seem able to copy files from my desktop to my expansion card, and not the other way around. Does anyone know how this is done? I'm using Palm Desktop on Win XP.

Alternately, I could find a program that will play the .wav file on my Treo, but I haven't found a good free one.

I use a card reader to transfer data off the card. I think mine was under $20.00. You might look at TCPMP to play your wavs.
