    Default Treo 650 Cingular Error Code 10006410 with Franklin Covey Plan Plus

    I get the Error Code 10006410 when I try to hotsync with my Franklin Covey Plan Plus 3.0 software. I installed all the conduits, but it says that the FC conduits fail...any ideas??? I contacted FC today and did what they told me, but it didn't work. I don't have Pocket Mirror installed, BTW...

    Issue resolved by upgrading ROM to current Cingular ROM Firmware...got more answers through Franklin Covey support.
