    Default Treo 650 deleteing random contacts...

    My treo keeps deleteing my contacts... what is up with that?

    I entered in all my contact information directly to my Treo when I got it... now when people call and I don't recognize the number I answer and it ends up being a friend, that I know I entered in (because I called them before using it) and its not there anymore??? It has done this several times. What gives?

    Check you Hot Sync conduits settings and make sure that everything is set to "synchronize the files" and for "back up" - "handheld overwrites desktop".

    Those are the settings I had... I changed address book and contacts off of synchronize and to "handheld overwrites Mac"

    We'll see if that works. I just use Hot Sync to back up my info.. I don't use it on my Mac to enter anything in...
