I have read many e-mails regarding individuals who are unable to synch to Outlook because of OLERR errors. There are three fixes on the palm web site, none of which worked for me and for many other individuals. In my case the I had not synched with Outlook before so all my records are on the PALM. I have found that even with a recently hard reset TREO 650 that I still can not get it to synch with Outlook and continue to get the OLERR errors.

Anyone have any good ideas?
