Treo 650 Emails Strange Problem

Hi EveryOne nice to join ths forum.

My Boss has Treo 650 with the latest Firmware Update.
The problem is that he receiving the same emails accounts all the time although, he delete the emails also from copy at the Server. (VersaMail).

So, Fixing the problem temporary, I set the Accounts that he has on the VersaMail to Diffrent Outlook Computer without Leaving Copy option on the server.

But what can i do to resolve the problem on the Treo (It's happening most of the time).
Another Problem that has to do with it, is he receive the same VoiceMail all the time also if he delete them.

It's seem to be problem with the Treo 650, but i can't find it.
If you can direct me to the solution if you have any suggestions.

In theory, Versamail should check the server -- and download messages that have never been downloaded the Treo. Deleting them from the server will just prevent him from seeing them when he logs into his desktop PC. It should not re-download previous messages. It will "see them" when it checks, but then only download new ones. The settings for "Leave on server" will determine what the Treo - or the desktop for that matter "sees" and downloads.

It's not a matter of the different computer -- but rather you're server settings.

I have downloaded the aol 3.3 version of im it seems a lot of people are having the same problem
