I cannot get my treo 650 to be recognized by Windows media Player 10 or Rhapsody (Online MP3 store) with p-tunes 3.11.

I have tried everything. I have even used the knowledge database and help article from Normsoft (the maker of Ptunes).

Any tricks or help would be appreciated. Thanks.
