Default Treo 650 Screen Replacement Calibration Issue

I replaced a cracked screen in my 650. Followed the replacement videos. Replacement went without a hitch. When I booted the Treo up the screen powers fine but I am not able to calibrate the digitizer. When I tap the screen it senses the tap because the "bullseye" moves to the opposite end of the screen but I am not able to get it to calibrate and say success. Otherwise the phone works fine.

I am stumped. I even tried other screen and motherboard from another parts treo I have. I get the same result. Can anybody shed some light???? Is there some initiation one must do? I did a hard reset as well and that had no effect on the calibration.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Default

Reinstall the LCD making sure the data cable is in level.
In other worked it is not leaning in more on one side than the other.

That has fixed that problem on more than one install for me.

Good luck.
