hotsyncing your phone to your desktop is merely going to load everything on the phone, onto the desktop so they "sync" (match) it will not change one thing on that network page. Did you call Sprint back again and ask for a supervisor?

Well.....I finally got in touch with a Sprint tech who knows what she's doing. She guided me through the Data screen where I updated my HPA and AAA settings and I'm in business! Her name is Debra, and if you ever need anyone at Sprint I hope you get her! Anyway, thank you all for all of your help!

Phew!! some things are so agonizing to resolve, but I am glad this is done for you. Too bad you have to make so many calls these days to get someone who knows what they are talking about. But good thing we have this forum so we may not need to make those calls :laugh3:

Just FYI after checking in the network settings I got an error message when I tried to access the internet. I made no changes (I don't think). Ran my backup buddy and everything is back to normal. Also had a corrupt email that was causing resets. Backup buddy rocks.

I saw Backup Buddy on the Palm website. Sounds like a good thing to have.

Backup programs are definitely worth their purchase price. I use Resco Backup and it is on sale right now on the Resco website.

I was cheap and got the basic backup buddy. I don't really have alot of paid for programs so it is mainly contacts etc.. which are on my pc.

I am the other way, I have a bunch of paid for programs and boy when you get that random reset and then all of your programs are back to being trial versions!!! Now, I just do a Restore and everything is set back to normal.

Plus, Resco is only $10, on sale: http://www.resco.net/palm/backup/
