  |  What are you using to play your mp3's and movies? RealPlayer/TCPMP? Or some other apps? Are those the only sound issues you have? Any problems with ringers, ringtones, etc.? If plugging in a wired headset eliminates the problem, I'd be inclined to believe you have some sort of hardware problem with your speaker. I'd suggest taking it in to your provider so they can see the problem. If they can't fix it, they should exchange it.
