Need Help Treo 650 : Time out Reading body???

Hi Everyone,
Im new to this forum...Im having a problem with my treo 650. I am a sprint user. I have been getting my emails on my phone just fine until about 6 days ago. I first had the phone do a reset when I tried to get my mail then it got to a point where everything I was doing it would reset. Last night my phone rang and wouldnt stop. then froze up. So this morning I decided I would do a hard reset seeing I tried the soft and warm resets. Now I have it all back to factory settings and I now am getting the "time out reading body message". I have set up the aol mail account redone it and possibly done it again and still to no avail!! Can someone help me??
Thanks in advance!

I assume you are using versamail. If you are you could have deleted some files that get corrupted in versamail then reset up your account. (would have avoided hard reset) I had this problem when I had my mail sync with outlook.

I have never heard of your error message. Are you getting the message when you are downloading mail? Have you increased the size message you can receive?

Yes, I am using VersaMail. You're right it may have been avoided because now that I think about it, when I was trying to delete an email it would reset. (maybe this email was the problem??) Either way I did the hard reset.
The message I get is while trying to download the email. It gets connected and all that and even finds new messages but then gives me that message! How do I increase the message size?? I have never heard of that.??

In versamail hit menu, go to preferences, delivery options and on that page you can increase the size of the message you get. I think I have mine set to 5000 kb on mine. Not sure if this is what is causing your problem but it can't hurt to try.
