Default treo 650 transfer to Microsoft Outlook

I have a Palm Treo 650. I cannot seem to get my Contacts information (including the "notes") transferred to Microsoft Outlook in an organized fashion. Is there something else I need to do to get this transferred in an organized and complete (notes) fashion ? Please help, GFR

    Need more info.

When you set up palmdesk top do you select to sync with palm or outlook?

Can you or have you synced before? organized fashion??

There are setting in palm desktop (hot sync) that let you customize your sync.

I have the information in organized fashion in the palm backup computer program, I just can't get it organized in the Microsoft Outlook file. Is there a way to trasfer from the palm file to outlook in organized fashion ?

I believe when you sync you have to sync either to palm desktop or to outlook not both. If you reinsert your palmdesktop cd to install there should be a selection to sync with outlook or desktop.
