Palm would not have succummed to pressures from Cell Phone Carriers and added a WI-FI capability to Treo 650 to make it a fantastic featured phone.....but unfortunately thats not the case....

WI-FI has become a basic thing these days and most PDA-Phones have it... But its all buisness...Cellular companies gain by giving people data-plans.....People like Treo so Cellular companies gets them from Palm and PALM gets benefitted....No WI-FI so ENFORA gets benefitted by making a WI-FI sled selling for $150 or so.........

Theres only one loser in this game and that is the consumer....

Who? SanDisk flatly stated they have no plans. C-guys seems to have completely stalled developing a driver, even though their press release back in July claims their SD-link 11b card itself supports PalmOS (whatever that means). Socket states that "At this time, we do not have any software or drivers for the Palm OS. Currently we do not have an expected release date. Please check back at a later time."
