treo alarm problem???

I have my phone set to go off at night and opn the next morning. I have silent checked on both alarms but it still makes a a single buzz/ring. Is there a way to make it silent?? What am I missing?

just went into treo alarm and unchecked silent and found a "no sound" option in my ringtones. I'm going to try that and see if it works. Is that how you guys do it?


Cr-p it is not treo alarm is is the power on and power off of the phone. Can that be silenced??

not sure but for my treo under prefs/sound mode i have system volume OFF. and i have NO sound in power on/off OR for "radio" ON/OFF

NO I must be doing something different. I have prefs then click on sounds and alerts. With volume highlighted I have sound mode on with different levels of volume. and a sound mode off with a choice of viberate.

With sound mode on and set volume to off it still gives me the power on and off sound.

Wait a minut I changed the setting from phone to general and from system sounds and that works. What other sounds besides on and off are disabled on the treo?? I know my voicemail and ringtones are working.
