With other devices, namely the E2 and T5, that issue was the cause of the preferences files being corrupted. The best bet would be to do a hard reset and install apps back one at a time. But since that takes a while, you can use a file manager such as Filez to delete the Saved and Unsaved Preferences files from your device.
NOTE: doing tis delete will erase any preferences, high scores, and registration numbers from programs on your Treo. Make sure that if you do this to have the reg numbers handy for inputting them back into your purchased software. |
