Treo Headset connection problem with 650

Unit worked fine when I first set it up a couple months ago. Haven't used it since. Turned on Bluetooth and saw that headset was not recognized. Went through pairing process process, but cannot get any further than trying to click on the "next" button for the unit to find the device. Will go no further.
Any tips? Palm has none.
Note: original unit was defective, and got a replacement, so this unit may not have been the one paired.
Headset is fully charged and solid blue light comes on as described.
Treo functions perfectly otherwise.

Problem solved. Pulled battery out (to reset) and tried again.
