    Default Treo Resets When SMS Comes In

    I'll be typing an email about to finish, or writing out an SMS when all the sudden my Treo just resets and I'll lose whatever I was working on because somebody sent me a text message. I tried uninstalling Ringo and VeriChat... I tried contacting Sprint... I've tried almost everything... This has happened since I first bought the phone.. Please help! Anyone!.. Any info is much appreciated.. thank you..

    This is a pretty common problem...i have had it as well. The only way i have found to fix it is to install FileZ (file manager) navigate to the RAm and delete the messages database. This has become corrupt.

    ***warning you WILL delete ALL your sms messages and chats doing this***
