    Default Treo6050 Insurance plan

I have a Treo650 with Cingular... As many of you know Cingular does not offer an insurance plan for Treos. Does anyone know of an outside insurance company for Treos? I realy hate the idea that if something goes wrong I might have to scrap my phone and buy a new one.

Have you checked with your Homeowners Insurance company? Normally they wouldn't cover phones, but you may be able to get a rider for cheap due to the high list price of the Treo.

I am sure others will have some ideas. I am with Sprint and they do offer insurance.

    Good luck.

Thanks... But my homeowners insurance does not cover it. Hopefully someone else will have an idea that I can use.

That my friend... Is exactly what I was looking for. Not sure if they are the best company of it's kind... But as of this minute it is the only one I have come across. LOL I plan to make sure they make the proper payouts etc and make sure they are not a fraud... And if it all looks good I will be getting that insurance for sure.

I will write and say how it worked out so people will know if they are any good at a later date.

I have State Farm insurance and I pay $33 per year for them to write a policy specifically for my Treo 650. No deductable and it covers theft, breakage, anything but fraud... I also have auto and homeowner's with them.
