Trouble with Pocket DVD and Viewing on 650

I spent the weekend compressing a movie via Pocket DVD. I couldn't get it all in one shot so I opted to do a part 1 and a part 2. But now I am trying to move it on to the 650 via a HotSync. It seems to stall on me, though I do think that one attempt made it. Though the file size doubled onto the phone, which is really weird. On my PC, it was a 123mb avi file. On the phone, it was about a 230mb avi file. Problem, I can't get the movie to run and it seems to lock up the phone. I tried unistalling it and reinstalling the avi file, but it doesn't want to seem to go. I am using TCMP to play the movie. Any ideas?

I am answering my own thread
After typing my original thread, I searched around at some other posts and saw one about Softick Card Export II. Wow, so much easier to do it that way than via the Palm Quick Install. I was done with both parts of the movie in about 8-10 minutes. Double checked to see that it worked and yes, it does. Plus I cleaned up some other files on the expansion card that I didn't need anymore.
