Trying to Make Password Entry mandatory?

I'm brand new to this...

When that little REEL symbol appears in the upper right all someone has to do is press it to get my voice-mail. Maybe I'm just suspicious but I am trying to make password entry mandatory.

not immune to hacking i'm sure but certainly will deter the passing nosey parker
