Need Help Unable to send/receive SMS

Hey all.... I'm a somewhat new Treo user/owner. In the past week, I've noticed that a lot of my SMS messages are not being sent although the status shows as sent. The receivers aren't actually getting them. I've called Verizon and they've stated I need to make sure my software is updated.... anybody know where to look? I've tried, but I've failed. *AARRRGGHH!!*:embarassed:

You might look at the palm site for an update to your treo but it sounds like a verizon issue...

For your version at the phone screen hit menu, options, phone info and you can see what you have on your phone.

Thanks plunker... I uploaded Filez to my phone and deleted my messages log and that has fixed the issue. Apparently, even though the messages have been deleted, they're still saved in a file that isn't accessible without Filez.

    Thanks!

Glad it worked for you. I think that when you delete the message it is gone but if something is corrupted in the db or with a mesage it has to be removed manually.:foot:

I experienced the same thing with versamail....
