 |  Versamail: 9 Messages Maximum?? I have Verizon service and I have noticed that when I launch Versamail and "get" messages, I will only get up to 9. If I have more that 9 new messages in my AOL account, I will not be able to retrieve them using my Treo. Does anyone else have this problem or a solution?? |

| That just ain't Right. You should be able to get a ton of emails...9 doesn't cut it. Calling Verizon's data tech support is a nightmare, in my experience. You're on hold FOREVER and then they kick you to Palm. Happy so far, right? You might try calling Palm directly. You might be service faster. |

I am going to try to call Verizon. I went on the palmone website but didn't see a phone # or even a post with the same problem I am having. Does anyone have a phone # for Palm customer support or any other ideas?? Many thanks. |

  | Look under the advanced settings in Versamail. One option should say something like "get only the first X messages". That should be the culprit.
