    Question Versamail resets the device

When I open Versamail it takes about 2 seconds before the entire phone is reset and starts to boot again.

I've done a hard reset and it solves it, but as soon as I sync again to get my data back it won't work again.

What do I need to do!??!?

well it sounds like something in the versamail records are corrupt; do you really need to hotsync to get your emails into Versamail or do you have a data plan that you can have versamail go online and get your email? If you don't need to hotsync to get email, why not set the hotsync manager to "Do Nothing" for Versamail (in the Hotsync - Custom on toolbar). That way you can do another hard reset and when you hotsync to get your info back, it won't do anything with versamail.

I do not hotsync Versamail myself. Hope you get this resolved. I just found this info on the Palm site:
