Question Video-Podcasts, volume, music, sync pdf

Hi there, I have spent a while to get my 650 running now. I would like to know a few things more though:

1. I have put songs onto an SD-Card and stuck it into the treo. The songs appear to be played by the pre-installed real-player. How can I configure playlists,...?

2. I would like to sync Video-Podcasts to my treo. How does that work? Do I need to get an extra application for it? How can I automatically sync the podcasts that my itunes sucks off the internet, once I turn it on. It would be great to have this done automatically, right?

3. Is there a way to sync pdf-docs to the treo without paying for a 30$-Application? I have the Acrobat Reader for Palm OS but how does the sync work????

4. The loudest ringtone is still pretty low. Is there a way to make to tune up the volume, so that I can here my phone in the car or in the metro?

All the best and thanks alot!
