Voice Memo's??? - Treo Forums

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to record a simple voice memo. As i'm driving down the road and think of something I like to record it. I thought this wouldn't be a problem with the 650 but i've been unable to do it. Can you record voice memo's on the 650?

The Treo 650 has no voice memo (or native voice dialing) capability. I'm using Audacity as my voice recorder app for exactly what you want to do. Works fine.

Audacity is a very rich program in terms of functionality. It didn't run as I'd like it to on my treo so I went with SoundRec which is a very thin app, but does what I wanted it to do. Audacity is a good app too though. I use the PC version all the time to encode mp3's.
