Volume AMP for Bluetooth Headset w/treo 650 - Treo Forums

Has anyone found a software that will increase the volume on your Bluetooth Headset for your TREO 650? I have already purchased Volume Care and it works great with all other speakers on the 650. However, it does not apply to the headset.

I found a software called BTmute, on mytreo.net. However, I can't tell by the description if its purpose is more for muting the sound amplifying it.

I don't have an answer, but am interested if you found a solution, as I have the exact same situation - VolumeCare is fine on device but not with Bluetooth device.

The description seems pretty self explanotory to me:

"BTmute will attempt to increase the volume on your Treo 650's headset (BlueTooth or wired)." As many of you know, there is a nasty bug in the Treo 650's phone application that limits the volume output to a headset. This application will automate the mute workaround to that the volume of your calls are autoamtically increased when the mute trick actually works.

I thought VolumeCare was derived from BTmute. I guess you would find out if it works by trialing it.
