Warranty if purchased through ebay?

Hello-
Does anyone know if Palm will guarantee the TREO650 if I purchased it on ebay? My Treo seems to keep restarting every time I try to run and launch Real Player. Real PLayer will open, but as soon as I try to look for songs in my SD card it resets my treo. I've done a soft reset and hard reset, but same problem occurs.

I also have the same problem on my treo 650, but I also purchased mine from ebay. not sure if htere is a fix, but I ended up installing Ptunes anyway to play my mp3s.

Well, I ended up buying it (Treo650). Problem still continues when I try to use Real Player so I bought PTunes and works well. Aside from this I have no other problems.
