First off, get a Bluetooth headset. Going wireless is fantastic. I'd suggest getting a good case for your Treo and screen protectors. An SD card will allow you to store extra files (MP3's,photos,etc). I use a 256MB, but you can get up to 2GB depending on your needs.

Well, I'm biased since I run Everything Treo, I'll recommend the Everything Treo Store. You will find over 60 Treo cases and a full line of accessories.

There are a number of accessories for the Treo including Car Kits, GPS systems and more.

I just exchanged my motorola headset for the Jabra ht250v (something like that). I LOVE it. I couldn't use the moto in my car because I couldn't hear the caller and they couldn't hear me. The Jabra is amazing!!!!!! Great sound quality, and not so "in your face."

same exact experience. the motorola is light, but you can't hear. The Jabra is the best I've seen/heard. BT250v. No we need to get Palm to let us use Voice Dial with BT.
