    Default What comes in the Box?

    Hi all:

    I am seriously considering and planning on buying a Treo. The information is overwhelming. But one that hasn't been answered for me is, "What comes in the Box?" There are so many accessories out there that I need to pre-plan extra purchases. Can someone fill me in so that I don't spend an excessive amount on extras. Thanks!

    Mine came with installation CD, sync cable, charger and ear bud. No case, no cradle, no memory card. The manual packet does come with one screen protector. Probably all standard.

    Bare essentials that are a must: better screen protector (the ones sold at the Treo Store are really good), case (skin, pouch, holster, whatever turns your tractor), and memory card (probably 256mb minimum). Your looking at $100-150 on these essentials on top of the Treo's cost.
