It is normally a hardware related problem; I suggest contacting your service provider. Ben

Came across it once. You can also Google it and see what comes up. Ben

From what I've read, benjie is right, it's a firmware issue. Have you recently updated the firmware yourself?

I haven't touched the firmware. And I thought benjie said it was a hardware issue?

Well, by Googling CcpDataRcvClose, I found several posts on various forums indicating a firmware issue, and 1 person who contacted his carrier and had his Treo replaced. The problem is that doing a hard reset won't differentiate between the two.

More firmware than hardware and both normally mean a replacement is needed. Ben

I believe once you update your firmware it is then part of a hardware issue. It is "burned in" to your device. At least it is with routers and other devices....once it is installed you cannot go back.
