Default What is this file? GWmm.pdb

I'm looking through the files on my 650 trying to free up some memory. I see that there is a file named GWmm.pdb that is 2.9mb.
What is this file? Why is it? do I need it?
I'm guessing that since it is a .pdb (database) I do need it.

Thanks for the help.

Will

Hello Will,

This is Kevin from Palm. Bible software from GMP Soft, perhaps? Or, software from GroupWise (calendar, email, tasks, etc)? My two best guesses.

Sincerely
Kevin

I have not downloaded any "Bible" programs that I know of. There is a GWaa.pdb as well, all though it is a much smaller size of 400k.

Thanks for trying to help. I would love to delete it, but scared it is something required for operation.

I'm sorry. I should have been a little clearer. I downloaded some games and the bible was downloaded with them. Look through your apps and see if you see anything strange. I believe your treo (ROM) will not let you delete any files that are required on the treo. Those will have a black lock beside them.

When I was moving files to my card there were alot that the treos ROM would not let me move or delete. I did delete files in versamail to fix a problem and reset up my account and it worked fine.

Have you loaded third party software on your phone? The file ext should be initials of the app on the phone. You might also search palm or the net with the file name and see what comes up.

Good Luck
