When to charge treo bluetooth headset

Hi, I'm new here and need some help....

I've just upgraded from 600 to 650 which come with an original Treo bluetooth headset. Need some advise here. Three is no indication as battery status of the headset, how can i decide when to recharge it? if i charge it everyday, will it shorten the life of the battery?

As for the 650 itself, manual mentioned it should be recharged as often as you can and no negative effect on the battery life, does the same apply to the treo bluetooth headset?

Any advise will be appreciated! Thanks!

Usually bluetooth headset have long time to charge.
I have a Motorolla one and I charge it once a week. When he came out of charge, we listen 5 short bips when we use it.

Look at the docs came with your headset. Maybe it's written how to detect that the headset came out of charge.

I did find out that the Treo headset will blink twice instead of once when the battery is low.

Yes, the first charge has already lasted 8 days! And still going....
