Default Which files to delete? menu->app->delete

Any guidance on which files are needed and which files were installed from apps?
I deleted handmark express today and noticed there were a bunch of items listed. I have no idea if they belong to Express or other apps.
Is there a way to lookup all these files/?? and see what app they belong to?

Files with the same Creator ID as the application to be deleted can be deleted when that application is deleted. A monitoring program such as Uninstall or DeStaller Light or ZLauncher will list the files associated with the application in question. If you have the Creator ID and know what application goes with it, then with a file utility such as FileZ, you can filter out those unwanted files and look only at those that match.

What file names and creator ids are you seeing? Ben

Sounds like I should have installed the monitoring program first. But now I'll I have to go through each file individually.
Here's the ones I can't figure out the creator.
    - connectionlibrary for...50k (can't see the whole file name)
    - DSlib
    - DSlideLib
    - DXTGAttachmentPlu..
    - GraphicsLibrary
    - MessagesDatabase
    - midataidcahe
    - MIDI Ring Tones
    - MMUpgrade
    - pnoJpegLib
    - PP_P2P
    - ShimLogs
    - SS_P2P
    - System DB Chain Head
    - WP_P2P

    I'll try downloading FileZ too.
    Thanks
