why is it resetting after my friend calls

Where is the add a contact feature. My phone has never promted me to add a number to contacts.

I can't find where you set it, it has just always come up on my phone. Something to the effect of, "xxx-xxxx is not stored in contacts, would you like to add them to your contacts?" If you don't answer within a few seconds it just goes away. Otherwise, you choose yes or no.

Possibly you answered 'do not show' option. I've looked for the option to turn it back on, but I don't see it....probably bacause it's still on.

If anyone else knows how to re-enable it, maybe they'll answer you. I would poke around in the phone prefs and see if it's in there somewhere.

If you take him out of your contacts, and he calls, what happens?

Go to the phone, hit the menu key, then go to phone prefs. It should be at the bottom of the screen, a checkbox option.

yea i deleted ringo um i think i still have the problem i have added him back in my contacts yet lol and i added him when it asked to store # and it still reset lol

Maybe a hard reset then slowly add programs. Try his or hers calls before adding programs.
