Default Will i experience problems??

hey there.
im new to this forumand to treo's. i currently have a treo 650. my moms old one. my only use of this phone is to text, have calendar on hand and make phone calls. i use missing sync because i have a macbook. everything seems to be working fine so far. but i have heard people complain about their treo's freeezing or loosing data. is that because they put a rediculous amount of data and applications on it? im just wondering if i should be safe from this ( i know there arent any garuantees) thanks in advance.

That seems to be the sync software of choice for Mac users.

A lot of problems are caused by installing several apps at once. Take your time, get trial versions of new apps if available, and use them for a few days before installing anything else new. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches.

I wouldn't go that far, lol. We have a great community of knowledgeable people here, both staff and members. I was just the first one who happened to spot and reply to your post.

OK , I won't mention calendar enhancements like Datebk6 or Agendus then... Seriously, the 650 has been out for a while, so you can probably find answers to a lot of your questions with the search function. If not, then start a thread, and I'm sure someone will help you out.
Have fun with your Treo!

You might get a back up program to save your stuff. I know syncing will save your calander but a back up can restore on the spot. Back up buddy is pretty cheap and works ok. Resets happen with every computer or device I have ever owned.
